Northern Region CIC Officer Recieves Life Time Achievement Award
Captain John Graham, CD from Iqaluit was presented with the CIC Lifetime Achievement Award at the RCSU(N) mess dinner on September 10, 2011. Captain Graham is the first recipient of this award from Northern Region. The CIC Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes the distinguished contributions of CIC Officers to the Cadet Program.
