Atlantic Region Officers are reminded that Basic Officer Training Course (BOTC), Occupational Code Course (OCC), Environmental Courses for Land, Sea, and Air elements, and the Commanding Officers Course (COC) all have Distance Learning (DL) components that MUST be completed prior to attendance on in-house training. Atlantic Region does not administer or conduct these courses. The schedules courses for DL are listed at this location: National Distance Learning Schedule.
Candidates must complete the DL associated with their in-house course in order to be course loaded.
As with in-house training, officers must advise their ACO, through their unit CO, of their desire and availability to attend training. ACOs can then have the members nominated for DL. If course loaded, candidates will then be contacted via their Cadetnet email.

Attention Candidates!
If for any reason you are unable to attend the course that you have been loaded on, you are to contact the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Training Centre that you were selected to attend ASAP.
