Overview

The 655 Richmond Squadron meets every Monday night, from 6pm to 9:30pm at the Richmond Christian School, located at 10200 No 5 Rd in Richmond. If you have any questions about joining the Squadron, please contact the squadron at 604 273-1059 or email 655air@cadets.gc.ca

Squadron Flights

With over 150 cadets in the Squadron, we have 5 flights and a Flag Party. The flights are Phantom Flight, Hornet Flight, Tutor Flight, Harvard Flight & Tiger Flight (Band). Each flight consists of approx. 30 cadets, with a Flight Commander and Deputy Flight Commander.

Squadron Teams

In addition to the regular Monday night Parade Nights, cadets are offered to join extra-curricular teams or activities.

In the 655 Squadron., we have the following teams and activites:

• Band (Tiger Flight)
• Drill Team
• First Aid Team
• Effective Speaking
• Duke of Edinburgh's Award

These teams have either a captain or a team/group leader, and are comprised of cadets who either have interest in the activity, or they are specialized in that particular field and wish to coach or pass on their experience. The Band and Drill Team both compete in the Annual Lord Strathcona Competitions. The First Aid Team competes in the Regional/Provincial Competitions
